The Minor Home Repair program, which is funded through Community Development Block Grants, provided services to eligible citizens of the five Grosse Pointe communities and Harper Woods. Enrollment criteria are based on home ownership and a moderate income level. The home repair program supports seniors in maintaining their independence in their homes. We provide both exterior maintenance - grass cutting, snow removal, gutter cleaning - and interior services such as smoke alarms and safety bars. Over 3,400 services were performed for clients.
