Help Wanted – Senior Expo
Volunteers are needed to help at this year's Senior Expo on October 2, 2008 at the Assumption Cultural
Center in St. Clair Shores.
This very popular event is attended by thousands of area residents and is a great resource for information and services for seniors in the community. If you would like to be part of this exciting day, we could use your help. Call Mary Rose Nelson at 313-882-9600 ext. 246.

Driving
Volunteering to be a Meals on Wheels driver or escort driver is a great way to meet new people and give back to the community. It's easy, and you can give as much or as little time as you have.

Yard work
You can help a senior with their yard work on an as-needed basis or set up a regular time to help once a week or twice a month.

Office work
Are you looking for meaningful volunteer work in a friendly environment? Volunteer with Services for Older Citizens. SOC volunteers assist the staff in a variety of roles.
